If you have placed an order and have not yet received it, please use the IASCF Shop order enquiry form to enquire about its status.  Order delivery times will vary according to the shipping distance from London . The price of our publications includes postage/shipping (unless otherwise stated).  The majority of our publications are despatched by mail if they are under 5 Kilos.  For all 2006 IFRS Bound Volumes, and other orders over 5 Kilos we have made special arrangements with UPS for shipping (see below).  This will enable you to track your order direct with UPS. 

If you wish to pay the extra charge, you can upgrade the shipping of your mail order to be sent by UPS by requesting this in an email to IASCF Publications

Please note that these are the shipping times supplied by our delivery services after the orders have been processed.  During periods of high demand processing may take an additional few days.

If for any reason your book/package delivered by our courier UPS, arrives in a damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory condition, please notify/contact the IASCF Publications department within 14 days of delivery, using the Order Enquiry Form or send an email to publications@iasb.org.uk    Please ensure that you hold onto the goods and original packaging with the delivery note/tracking number, in case UPS wish to inspect the parcel in the event of IASCF making a claim for compensation.  IASCF will decide/arrange the return of the defective products and despatch of any replacements to you.  Please do not return defective goods to the IASCF until requested to do so.
